CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Construction Administration is our way to stay involved in the remodeling of your project during the construction phase. Our goal is to ensure that the final product comes out identical to your vision and the design concept we created for you.
After the completion of the Design Concept & Materials phase, you can either request the Construction Docs service or go to the Construction Administration phase, depending on the size and specifications of your project.
Whether this is your first project or one of many, the Construction Administration phase can often feel daunting and overwhelming. Here at A.I.D. Innovate inc we would like to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

These are the services that are included in the Construction Administration phase. keep in mind that each project has its own unique set of demands that need to be addressed. The following is a general outline of what to expect.
KICK OFF MEETING
This is the first meeting before construction begins. It is a meeting with the owner and the GC (General Contractor) to create the work plan for the project. We communicate and discuss the design concept and create a work plan.
WEEKLY/BI WEEKLY
MEETINGS
These meetings help keep an eye on the details, make on-site decisions and adjustments, and are key to ensuring the progress of the project stays in line with your vision and the design concept.
Electrical placement, cabinetry review, floor installation, and kitchen and bathroom details for tile and marble layout, are some of the examples of things that need attention on site.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR INFO
Many questions need prompt responses during construction. These questions will be addressed via phone or email. Examples of potential questions include: Where should the crown molding end, what color of light should be used, and can this particular item be placed here? These are a few of the many questions that need prompt responses during construction.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
When dealing with existing structures, certain complications can arise. The Troubleshooting service is here to ensure that any possible problems that arise on-site, are addressed efficiently and effectively.
PUNCH LISTS
As your project reaches completion, we walk through the space with you and the General Contractor to observe the work and create a punch list. This list will have all the items and comments for all the issues that may need to be addressed in order for the project to be deemed complete.
WHAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
* Project Management
* Overlooking the General Contractor or the subcontractors
* New choices of materials that were not included on the material board, or new replacement of the materials chosen.
